Because Snake is a Mexi-CAN, not a Mexi-CAN'T. :-) In all honesty, this is one awesome looking figure you will not be disappointed.

Does anyone elses Snakes M16 holding hand seem to hold the M16 a little "lose"?

There are two pair of hands meant for the assault rifle. The ones with raised thumbs is for the pistol and the other pair with bent index finger is for the Assault rifle. Fix it in to the hand (it will require some careful insertion because of the flat/rectangular palm design) and in to the palms meant for the weapons to fit in to BEFORE plugging the hand back in to the arm hole. Then it will not fall; you may even need to put some force while yanking the weapon out when you're done. Pop off the hand with the gun and pull it out in reverse action. And while trying to fix it is, always make sure the hand is not attached to the body or you might put unintentional force on that and then snap! Ouch, not good. I've had this fig for the longest time and all it needs is a little love and accuracy while trying to make him hold the rifle.

This is a great figure to add to you collection if your a fan of the Metal Gear Series. The only small downside is the articulation, but its something that you get used to after a little bit of playing around. The paint job on this is fantastic and it comes with great accessories. Overall a phenomenal figure.
