This thing was fun although a challenge to put on. BUT: It broke in half after just a few uses. Poor quality.

tip: flip pouch half way inside out, push boys (first) in while using both hand to stretch the opening and flip sides up and around. takes about 10 seconds and then squeeze the big guy through the ring Tricky getting on but MY GOD it's good once you get it!

It was pretty hard to get this thing on the first time. Once it is on over all it functions well. After a few uses the top of the cock ring part broke in half from too much stretching. Cut off the broken part and now it just functions as a ball bag.

This is a unique product and a very high quality one at that and at the time I wrote this review was offered at an unbeatable price. It is difficult to put on. It will help if you already have a ring of some kind around the boys to keep them from bouncing around too much. Turn the ball sack inside out, slip the cock ring on and then just kind of wrap the sack around your balls. Done right and depending on the size of your cohones, it should feel nice and snug but not pinch or squeeze too hard. At this point you'll either like the way it feels or not. It took me several tries to get it right and in the process I stretched it so far that got a little split in it. I do not consider this to be the fault of the manufacturer at all and rather than demanding a refund I simply added a new one to my cart and ordered another. It was already less than half the price of any comparable item on Amazon so I didn't feel put out in the least. Also, you may be wondering what the two little holes on the bottom are for. I'm not going to tell you but let me just say that I would never use them for that purpose myself.

Many others here have reviewed and said it is hard to get on - that at least I found easy - slide your shaft through its opening - then stretch out the sack and pop it over your balls - really simple - Now the BAD - the material it is made of is too stiff - after wearing it pretty much daily for a few weeks I found at end of day it had ripped down the back of the sack - still I may keep it and use it as a C-Ring and put a couple 1 " steel balls in the sack and use it to pound the outside of her as I thrust deep

This is not flexible/stretchy at all. This material will not hold up to any use (see other's comments on splitting). It is extremely tight, with no give.

Ohhhh yeah. If you like your balls squeezed and encased in a latex like material, go for it!! The trick to getting it on is to turn it inside out then stretch it and roll it over your balls. I put a cock ring on first to make the fit tighter. You can also add a rubber ring to the outside of the enhancer to add extra ball sack stretch. Shine it up with lube and take care of business...

If you are not below 'average' size, this is impossible to get on. I was in pain trying to get it on, and it left me feeling like i had been kicked in the balls. GIANT waste of money. Could've had my wife do that for free... spend your money on something else.

Ich hatte mit dem Artikel etwa einen Monat lang Freude. Dann bekam er, nach einer moderaten Anzahl an Benutzungen, in der Penismanschette einen Riss und war unbrauchbar. Für diese Laufleistung ist er dann doch zu teuer. Ich werde beim nächsten Kauf tiefer in die Tasche greifen und mir das Qualitätsprodukt der Konkurrenz kaufen, von denen ich schon ein anderes Produkt habe, dass schon über zwei Jahre treu seinen Dienst erfüllt. Fazit: Wer sparen will, kauft dreimal.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought this for my husband at his request. Was incredibly difficult to put on. Didn't fit well, was arkward. The whole thing split after the third time of trying to get it on properly. See images for proof. Wouldn't recommend.
