This was a replacement remote. Worked perfect right out of the box.

Item received was different than the item ordered.
I placed the order based on the picture of the item with three buttons but I received an item with two buttons. The FOR/REV button is missing on the item that I received.

Now the light and fan work again
We needed our handyman R and R the remote control module. Now it works. If I was smarter I would have bought one with a light dimming feature

Did not work after setting dip switches like failed remote. Third party hit me for a restocking charge on return. Watch 3rd party vendors closely

No instructions came with the remote on how to sync to ceiling fan!

Remote that was stolen has (2) buttons (see drawing) and instead (3) buttons came and did not work (has 4 DIP switches). Since the original remote was taken, cannot look inside of it to see if it also had DIP switches.This was opposite of problem described by another: "I placed the order based on the picture of the item with three buttons but I received an item with two buttons. The FOR/REV button is missing on the item that I received."
