Tasty Fuet
Pretty tasty version of Fuet. Not as good as what I had in Spain but good enough to have over here. Pairs so well with Rioja wine

My wife is from Catalonia and she really likes this fuet. She says it isn't quite the same as what you would get in Spain but is close enough.

Tough meat to chew.
It should be use in cooking noodles. You won’t enjoy eating it alone or even to pair it with cheese when having wine.

Fuet!
Okay, so this is really authentic Fuet in which we were used to eating in the Catalan region of Spain, but it's the closes we've found here in the States. We have ordered it several times and are happy with it though. As it is a natural product, you will not be able to keep it long without it drying out. My recommendation is to cut them into 4 separate sausages and freeze them. It works out well for us.
