Q: will this fit the headset and the playstation?

Yes. I bought this specifically for the headset and the PS4 Pro. It really is a great case and it holds everything. I too was doubtful the headset and pro would fit. Honestly, the only downside is there is not a dedicated place for a second Dualshock, but I can still fit both in and the move controllers

No it only fits 1 controller, the ps4, ps4 slim, and PS4 pro with the cords it needs and PS VR with the accessories it comes with. You'll have to carry the extra controller separate and other accessories like keyboard and mouse.
