Step on it and transform! Fantastic Transformer!
After deciding to watch the original 1980s Transformers cartoon series (Pluto) I discovered how much I missed my favorite Transformers. Among them were the Stunticones, the Combaticons, and who could forget the Constructicons. Motormaster (aka Motorbreath) is a great take on the old Transformer. The torso for Menasor, the Stunticon combiner, Motormaster definitely has a lot of presence. His robot form is tall and wide. His vehicle form, though lacking the signature vehicle trailer, is chunky and but supremely crafted. His transforms are not so obvious from the get-go. But, with some rotation, poking and prodding and examining before and after, I think this guy will surprise how much you can conceal by a few bends, folds, and rotations. Everything packs up so nice and neat... you just want to take it all back out and Transform again and again. Maybe not the most complex as far as transforms are concerned, but definitely a lot of fun. Though I miss his trailer, I can say that his vehicle mode looks pretty bad@ss. I can't wait to collect the remaining Stunticons!

Great shipping, great packaging & trusted seller. Prices are VERY honest.
As a HUGE Transformers fan dating back to when they were 1st awakened by the eruption of Mt. St. Helena on the Ark in 1984... the Generations and now the Combiner Wars lines are the best thing since sliced bread. The individual robots have superb detail and some pretty nice articulation. But the quality of the pieces REALLY come out when they are all united into the big boys. Superion, Defensor, Menasor, Ultimate Optimus and Devastator so far. NONE have been a disappointment. BE SURE TO SHOP AROUND THOUGH. There are some sellers who are hoping to capitalize on those who don't know what they're doing by trying to sell the individual teams in complete packages for $50 more than they are if bought separate. There are also sellers asking $80 for a $15-20 toy. BEWARE OF THE OVERPRICED SELLERS!!!! These are the sellers who clear out the shelves at the local stores forcing us to have to purchase online. Let's ALL do our part to ensure that these individuals get stuck with a MASSIVE inventory of toys that they can't get rid of so the shady practices will stop. Legends Class: $9 is a good average, $15 is pushing it Deluxe Class: $5-20 is a good average, $25 is pushing it Voyager Class: $25-30 is good average, $35 & up is ridiculous Leader Class: $40-50 is good average, $55 & up is ridiculous

A solid figure on it's own, some issues as Menasor
Overall I really like Motormaster, and think it's a much better figure than CW Optimus Prime. Even though they share a lot of components, the paint work and detail on Motormaster is much nicer and I find the joints on Motormaster to have a little more tension than Prime's. The main knock against this figure is the issues it has in it's combiner form. Menasor's hips are too spread out to wide and the entire core of the figure feels flimsy when compared to Superion. It simply does not provide as solid of a base as Sliverbolt does for Superion. Not a bad figure at all, looks great on it's own, but as the torso for Menasor it leaves a little to be desired.

Not just another repaint....
A very nice Motormaster. Not just a repaint of Optimus Prime, very nice strong details in both modes. Has strong ties to G1 Boxhead look for all traditionalists. Combiner Wars is an awesome comic series and the artwork / toys that are coming from the series is excellent. Much better then the RID new series.

Generation Next Motormaster
Awesome figure! A nice revision of the G1 Decepticon for the next generation. Not sure why so many are comparing this to G1 and are ranting about it. That is the problem. This is not geewun! If it were, then Motormaster would look like a rectangle and transform in three steps. This one is far superior and is my favorite of the line so far. Keep them coming Hasbro!

Far superior to the original G1 version of the same bot
Far superior to the original G1 version of the same bot, while keeping the aesthetics of the original character design. Simple transformation that is intuitive, I only used the instructions to make sure I had the torso for Menasor correct. He looks intimidating standing next to the deluxe sized figures. I can't wait to get the final 3 stunticons this week so that I can reunite Motormaster, Blackjack, and Dragstrip with their brothers and put a hurting on Superion.
