This book is very informative and a great read for those of us who is looking into starting a business and don’t know what to do. It doesn’t necessarily explain how to run a business, but all the you need to do to get started and what is expected from the IRS from your business. I am definitely more knowledgeable about where to go, what I need, and who to talk too to get started.

This is a really good book for anyone that is starting a new business. I liked the thoroughness of the explanation for each company type, the suggested guide provided, and the available forms. I would recommend it for a library resource for individual's starting a company...and I have.
