Good but..
It is mostly designed for police officers. If you use these techniques against someone who has any idea of MMA techniques you are going to get beat down.Herve Gheldman and his concepts are obviously martial arts for someone who carries a gun but does not want to use deadly force. The concepts I was taught in the police academy are much like this.So it is good but it is specifically for professionals who are carrying a weapon. Otherwise Jujitsu is better.
