The filter fits, seems to work and costs less than the branded version
1) Size: excellent. When I switch from any branded to generic product, my primary concern is fit. I am thrilled to report these filters fit my furnace. If you read the measurements, you’ll see the official size is 20 x 25 x 5, but the actual size is slightly smaller in all dimensions. That concerned me until I examined my branded filter and those dimensions are also 19.88 x 24.75 x 4.38.2) Cost: excellent. When we purchased our high-efficiency furnace/AC, the HVAC company explained we would only need to change the filters 2-3 times per year. What we did not know is that the original, branded filters cost $50 apiece. And I think the filters do need to be changed more than 2-3 times per year. Ouch at $50 apiece. Half ouch at $25 apiece, which is the approximate cost of these filters.3) Result: excellent so far.4) Do I recommend the product? Yes, I do. And how is this for a surprise? The product is made in the USA.

Fits Lexox.
I would suspect this substitutes for any 20x25x5. The price is very good. Arrived rapidly and well packaged. Would buy again.

These filters are pricey but they are very good and sturdy.

Cheaper but
Filter quality is good and at the price point with savings I think its worth it. A couple of slight differences vs the name brand at Menards would be: 1) the filter is about 1/4” longer so it fits but I had to crush it slightly. 2) it doesn’t have the foam strips on top but thats an easy fix with foam weather strips.Overall I’ll be buying again.

Works fine! A bit lower on price would be great!!
A bit overpriced but gets the job done. Fits quite snug in my Lennox Elite furnace. I have a plasma pure 600 purifier attached to my furnaces which makes the dust particles larger. The filter catches them quite well.
