Works well for small spaces
I don't have a ton of space in my apartment, so this works well. The rear vent dries the clothes better. This will definitely be coming with me when I eventually get a camper if it doesnt come with one already. Does wrinkle clothes if you over load or over dry the clothes.

Not good
This is a poor quality combo washer-dryer. No one is able to get clothes to dry, and there is an abundance of error messages. Seems it will only work with 1 or 2 clothing items. Frequently had to drain the unit using the emergency drain on front. Don't sell this product.

RV/single or couple probably great! Great washer, ok at best dryer
This is a great washer, the dryer works but it’s not very powerful. If you do a full wash and dry (3 hour) you basically have to do another dry only load to dry the clothes but it does the job. If you live alone or with a roommate/partner it might be ok but if you have a family it’s difficult to manage with it. If you use for an RV/camping type environment it should work pretty well considering it’s both in 1 it will just take probably 3-4 hours for 1 load. There are shorter functions for washing you could try different combinations to shorten it. The instructions are ok, the features are pretty nice you can do a quick 20 minute wash and try a quick dry or something. For us it works great because we have a separate dryer otherwise it really wouldn’t work in a family day to day setting. There is also a seal that if you accidentally knock loose when you open/close it it will leak into your garage which happened more than once. It was also delivered with one side/bottom edge smashed so I have some cardboards stacked under it to keep it level but that was probably the delivery agents I’m guessing.

Love it
For 2 people it is great, makes washing cloths so much easier.

Started leaking after a few months.
Started leaking after a few months and now I believe the heating element is bad. The clothes do not dry.

So far, so great!
I consider myself pretty darn handy, but given the sensitive nature of this installation, I paid a plumber. He put in a full hookup in a closet on my main living level, and even cut a hole to the outside for a permanent vent.I can now do laundry without needing to use stairs or lug baskets around, which is the point, as I'm a decrepit old hag.I tried one load without venting--hated it. Took forever, and wasn't dry even when finished. With venting, it's fantastic!A couple things to remember: although there is no lint trap, there is a little fella at the bottom right hand side of the front of the machine which needs to be drained and emptied every now and again--perhaps once every few months, depending on how much it's used. For those who say "it suddenly stopped working right", this is probably why. Some junk can collect in there. Just basic maintenance. If you overload it, prepare to run the dry cycle more than once. Being a single decrepit old hag who lives alone, I do one or two adorable teeny loads once a week, and that suits me. Each one takes 2 1/2 or 3 hours, and I'm ok with that too. What else am I doing on a Saturday? Bungee jumping?

Used 9 1/2 months then the door fell off
Loved using this but the rim around the door is plastic and today I opened it and a chunk of plastic fell off along with the door. I'm not even able to close it. Trying to contact Equator but not having success

Stopped working quickly.
We loved this washer/dryer combo for our RV at first. However, after a few months it's stopped working. The heating element got really hot. Then one time it wasn't even running and started heating up on its own. We have had three different people come out to look at it and replace different parts. We thought it was fixed, but after using it a couple weeks, the heating element is broken again! It is beyond frustrating that we paid for this washer, but have been stuck also paying to use the Laundromat.
