AirPods 2 with Charging Case - White (Renewed)

I got these AirPods for my son, and he was really happy with them! They arrived in good condition and worked just like I hoped they would. The sound quality is great for everyday listening, and the charging case makes them convenient to take anywhere. Buying renewed was a great way to save money while still getting a product my son enjoys using. Overall, a great value and a gift he was genuinely excited about! I would purchased again.

Do not buy these "Renewed" AirPods. They look clean, but they do not work. The battery case can't hold a charge, and it won't charge no matter what cable or outlet I try. The earbuds themselves have serious bluetooth issues as well. They would struggle to connect to my iPhone or MacBook. They would randomly disconnect. Once or twice they even connected to my phone from my pocket, without even being taken out of the case, which I didn't know was possible. But I know this happened because the audio coming from my phone call cut out suddenly and when I checked the bluetooth settings, my phone showed that these AirPods were connected. Amazon support was not very helpful, they did give me a refund thankfully, but I feel that this product should be taken down from the site altogether. Even though I appreciate the refund, this is a huge waste of time and energy to go through all the tests and troubleshooting, and then the return process.

These AirPods are fantastic for everyday use. They pair effortlessly with all Apple devices, the sound quality is clear, and the battery life with the charging case easily lasts throughout the day. They are lightweight, super comfortable, and perfect for calls or music. Highly recommended!

Better than expected. My daughter in law needed these because of the fit. I was glad to find them and she has had no issues with them

They were working just fine for several days and then the left AirPod gave up. It wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t make any sound, and my iPhone 12 Pro Max (so not even an old phone), and the AirPod case itself, wouldn’t even register that it was an existing earbud. It was the weirdest thing. I brought it into Apple and luckily for us all, it was within the warranty time frame, so I got it fixed for free. There was something wrong with the wiring internally. Now it’s as good as new and I’m enjoying them so much. The sound is so crisp, and the base is so alive, I feel like I’m in each song I listen to. My only complaint is that it’s the seller’s job to make sure what they sell is in practically brand new condition. Nobody should have to buy something and then immediately put THEIR time aside to go get it fixed. It definitely was a minor inconvenience and it would’ve been an expensive one if the AirPods weren’t within the warranty time frame. However, I’m very grateful to have found someone selling actual AirPods for a reasonable price. So thank you anyways!!

I bought these AirPods because the pair I had previously been using had become lost. Since it was such short notice I decided to go for the cheaper option and buy these renewed AirPods rather than a new pair at full price. (After using my old pair for so long I can’t bring myself to go back to cheap knock offs or wired earbuds anymore) These earbuds came a whole week earlier than expected which was very much appreciated. Upon inspection of the case and earbuds, there were minor scratches and cosmetic damages but nothing that stood out too much. They came in a rewrapped authentic case, with the user’s manual and charging cable, all of which had no signs of damage. The AirPods were even charged right out the box! Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. As soon as I took the AirPods out of the case and tried them out, the immersion faded. The sound quality was comparable to, if not worse than, cheap knock off wireless earbuds. There is a very noticeable off balance between the two earbuds, with the right one being louder than the left. The sound is also of poor quality, sounding “tinny” and isolated with not much bass. The AirPods also failed to recognize my voice / perform voice commands (“Hey Siri”). When on a FaceTime call with a friend of mine, she had trouble hearing/understanding me when I was using these AirPods as a microphone. Now I’m not complaining for the sake of complaining. At the end of the day, these AirPods are working earbuds in the sense that they connect wirelessly to my iPhone and play sound. However at 2/3 the market value for a new pair of the same AirPods (at the time of writing this review), I would have liked a better experience than if I were to purchase a pair of similar off brand models for a fraction of the price. I would not advise getting these, and would instead recommend buying a new pair at full price, or if quality is not an issue, buying an off brand pair for $20.

This was a truly life changing purchase. I used to have to play music on my iPod through the speaker but now I have these AirPods and it changed my entire experience. Thank you.
