A fair price for effective product.
I truly prefer a nasal spray in a pump. It seems a more effective way to deliver the spray to clogged sinuses. This has no problems with the package or pump function. It is a generic version of a popular decongestant spray. It provides 12 hour relief of stuffiness, easily used, without scent. Overall, as prices rise, a good alternative for brand name if you need temporary relief from sinus pain and congestion for a few days.

Powerful spray pump, but too powerful and too thick.
I thought a powerful pump would be welcomed, along with the no drip variety, but I was wrong. The pump sprays a little too hard and if your nose is clogged, it doesn't reach back far enough, and since its the no drip variety it doesn't flow through your nose very well. Its much thicker and kind of sits where it lands, where the "drippy" alternative can be sniffed back into your sinuses where the problem actually is. Sometimes if you aim just right, it works fairly well. However, I have since went back to the more liquid type nasal spray and have found it more effective.Just be warned that this Afrin knock-off contains Oxymetazoline and its great for nosebleeds (we Paramedics use Afrin for nosebleeds) and stuffed nose/sinuses, but only use a few days at a time. Constant use will severely dry out your nose membranes like crazy. Its best to only use it 1-2x per day for no more than 3 days back to back. Frequent use will give diminishing returns and again, dry you out. Use Saline sprays for a few days and then switch back. I found this to be the best way of using nasal sprays that contain Oxymetazoline.
