Work of Art!
Zoverstocks has not let me down yet and in fact has excelled in the quality/condition of their 2nd hand blu rays & cds I have ordered up to now. There is always that dread you'll receive a 2nd hand item in poor condition and is it worth taking the chance? As for the soundtrack itself, I think fans will agree that for under £8.00, this was a good purchase! The soundtrack fits the film's narrative, mood & pace perfectly through creative use of melodic tones fading in & out, Indonesian bells, gongs & drums with the occasional steel drums (Less is More) for added clarity & affect.Great to listen & relax to with the lights dimmed if you're into that kind of thing?

Moving Music
Fantastic moving soundtrack from one of the best Scifi films that I have seen. Atmospheric music from a great composer.

Instant relaxation
I actually enjoyed the film and was blown away by the music, it just seems to instantly switch off my stress. I've got it on an MP3 player and it's great for anything - driving, sitting on a train, plane, etc or just blasting out in surround at home. Not all the tracks are as good as the best ones, my playlist is track numbers 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 but there's nothing wrong with the others.

Good soundtrack
This is excellent film music which gives a good ambience in the background for reading and other calm activities. It has real musical merit on its own as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Bruce Fowler had joined fellow Beefheart cohort Cliff Martinez to orchestrate and conduct, and the fabulous trombonist from the Magic Band and the Mothers doesn't fail to impress even in this more ambient domain.

A wonderful album to relax to
What more can I say. Not that I own many, but for me, this is one of my favourite albums by Cliff Martinez.

The music goes better with the film
The music in the film along with the slow pace and fantastic looking woman works well.Put it on in the car on the way home from work and it just doesnt work. I could imagine having this on in the background whilst reading but even then it would be too samey.
