Works as it should with my Cisco ip phone. Seems of good quality.

Alternative to PoE
I recommend this option over PoE injectors. If you already have a PoE system that is one thing, but if this is the only device that needs it, like with my setup, I found this a much more reliable option.

Power cable for Cisco 8851 phone
This is exactly what my phone needed; for whatever reason, not enough power at the jack so the phone needed it's own power supply. This was exactly what was needed.
