This was my second purchase for my home I just bought...I had saved it for quite awhile and just now got time to put up...and the word laugh was missing the 'a'.....so my only advice would be inspect right away even if you aren't going to apply right away! I tried to make an 'a' but I think you know how that turned out! Oh well I'll re order at some point...it is a good product.

I never leave reviews for products I purchase, but I had to for this one. This is exactly what I was looking for and it was so easy to apply it. I messed up one of the words when applying which was totally my fault. I sent a message asking if I could just purchase that one word and it she responded very quickly. There was no charge and she even provided me with a tracking number. I will definitely be purchasing more products from them.

I like the size I picked and the way it looked . I wanted to give it 5 stars , but the W was an issue, it came undone . See photo. Otherwise worth it .

It was super easy to put on and the letters looked amazing

The letters are beautiful and it looks great on my kitchen wall. It was difficult to get the top page off and get the letters to stick, I am guessing because there are so many small letters, felt like they really wanted to stick to the paper. The application videos are helpful.
