I loved all the stories in this book! It really helped me to understand step 10. I would definitely recommend it.

These are two books, that if you never read anything else will greatly help " living on life's terms ". Any person, with or without an addition problem can benefit from looking at how they view life AND how they respond to life's " curve balls ". Highly recommend.

When your ready for step 5 6 and7 you need this book it helps a lot.

I’d recommend this book to anyone who feels like they need a bit more of a review of step 10 , as well as 6&7, after already reading those steps in the big book and the 12&12. This supplement helped clear up some confusion for me and gave me a lot of insight into the importance of continuous work on these steps to stay spiritually fit one day at a time.
