Quail scissors
These work great for opening quail eggs! It is much easier than opening them with my hands. I took one star off because one of the pairs of scissors gets stuck when closing (the alignment isn’t right). Otherwise they are great.

These are such a time saver! I can easily get over 2 dozen eggs open and in the skillet in no time. I would definitely recommend if you don't want to make a mess cracking open tiny quail eggs.
