I cook a lot and in my medium sized kitchen it’s sometimes difficult to find counter space. I make a lot of pizza, , bread, cakes, multiple sheet pans of cookies... and often find myself with no more counter space to place them. This puts all in one spot on the counter without occupying too much space. Then folds away for easy storage. Love it! Folding it is not intuitive, definitely read the instructions on the box. Once you know how, it’s very easy to do.****Update****I’ve been using this rack for several months now and each time I pull it out of the pantry, I am thankful I got it. I bought this for pizza night because it was always a challenge where to put pizzas after they came out of the oven (pizza night at our house is 3-6 pizzas depending on who is over) 16” pizza serving trays fit perfectly on the stand. Lately though, I’ve started using it for many other things, It was perfect for storing the three layer half sheet cake until assembly, it holds entire meal prep before cooking and the many condiments on taco night. The second shelf from the top doesn’t need to be opened and that gives extra height for tall items. All in all this rack has become invaluable in making my life easier.

I was skeptical when purchasing this, but it was highly recommended by my cookier friends. Let me tell you, this is perfect! As a home baker, I can stack 4 half-sheet cookie sheets and save so much counter space while my cookies cool or dry after decorating. This is very sturdy and folds up nicely for storage. I highly recommend it!

I love how this rack makes baking cookies even more pleasant in my kitchen because I have limited counter space. I use it to stack trays of cookies waiting to be baked when using my large All-Clad Gourmet Ovenware Cookie Sheet: Small Baking Sheet and cookies to be cooled using my CIA Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel. I noticed that the center feet of my CIA Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel keeps the rack about a quarter inch away from the back of the rack. This has not caused me problems keeping the cooling rack well seated on the organizing rack.The box says each of the upper racks holds up to 10 lbs or 30 lbs not including the bottom rack. And because the bottom rack locks well into place I know that the rack will not accidentally collapse under the weight of my All Clad Large Cookie Sheets and cookies.This rack is a great gift idea and will come in handy in kitchens around the holidays when counter space is at a premium.This rack is made in China.PROSThe rack allows you to stack cooling racks or baking sheets when cooking in a kitchen with limited counter space.CONSNone so far.

This is a gift (but identical to mine). However, the item came in its original box and there was some damage to the box. Checked it all over & is fine, and wouldn’t care about the box except it’s a bridal gift…..

I bought this because I wanted the ability to stack multiple trays to cool but I didn't want to have to find a place to store a rack that took up a lot of space. However, to my surprise, this rack is actually fairly useful beyond cooling cookies and it isn't ugly. It found a "home" on a side table in the kitchen where it hold disposable plates on one rack and trays on the others... It's great if you have kids that want to put lunch on a tray to eat by the pool or if you entertain and want to be able to grab trays quickly. I hadn't intended to use it this way, but it actually worked out much better than I planned. It does fold up and takes almost no space in a cabinet if you do fold it and it it incredibly hefty and solid. When I bake cookies it doesn't move at all while loaded with trays, even if I'm removing cooled cookie sheets and loading hot sheets from the oven with gloves on.

I loved this product as soon as I opened the box! It is better than I imagined. I have a fairly large kitchen and ample storage space, but I bake cakes and cookies and have collected a large amount of supplies over the past few years, so space is becoming limited. The design is truely a space saver. I didn't even have to make room it simply fit right behind my cookie sheets in my cabinet.As for performance, I used it while making 100+ cookies today and it was fantastic. I was able to keep everything organized and contained in a small area. I used the top 2 tiers to hold my old wire racks to cool the cookies and the bottom 2 to hold either cookies waiting to go in the oven or cookies that just came out. I have done large batches like this in the past and never was it this organized.As for quality and craftmanship, it seems fairly well made and sturdy. Mine does have a very slight wobble to it when standing upright. Nothing that is very concerning to me and as another reviewer stated it is somewhat difficult to close. Careful of your fingers as I did catch one in the rack while trying to close it. Otherwise, I still love the product and would definitely buy again and recommend.
