I'm not wholly sold on whether these live up to their lofty health claims or not, but they do give you fluorescent yellow urine after having one and do sometimes give you a bit of pep in a non-caffeinated way, which is nice.They're way too expensive though. You can get off-brand ones from ALDI for a quarter of the price that don't taste all that different and do more or less the same thing.

similar to a multivitamin but more geared towards a 'start of the day' impacti take this in the morning around the same time as my coffee and somedays I reckon it helps get me going

This product is easy to use, just pop a tablet into a glass of water, let it dissolve and then drink.... great way to get your mutliB vitamins...so essential for energy and mindfulness....
