The description does not match the item. the current description for medium/large underwear is for mechanical pencils. update?

You’d have to talk with someone in customer service about that. They are very comfortable and well made however

If they do not get wet, can these tena be reused?

Yes, they can be reused if they don't get wet.

Have a secondary inner elastic near the leg?

At the inside edge of the legs, front to back on either side of the crotch there are six rows of elastic thread, making that part stretchy and elastic. The outside edge of the legs, wrapping around the outside of the leg center front to center back, does not have elastic thread

how in the devil can i cancel an order that keeeps cooming every couple of months, with no way to cancel it. i will never order anything again from y
