Tips look round in the picture, what I received is flat, are they damaged or is that what they are supposed to be?

The tips are flat on the ones I received, but uses have not complained.

where are the bases for screw on tips

The tips are already on the piece. There is no screw up top with this model

Do these work on pool sticks that don't have removable tips? Can they just go over existing tips?

The tips come in various sizes and it is likley that the larger size will go over the end of a regular pool stick.

Great pool stick tips I'm feeling like a pro again. Tips come in multiple sizes so it's easy to find one that fits. They are easy to get on either screw on or just slip on it's the easiest. Do really appreciate how they combined the package to offer both pool stick tips so I didn't have to spend extra on buying one kind then another. Good product for a great price. Will certainly buy again when the time comes. Thank you

These work great, easy to {tap) on the cue tip and immediately produced a solid contact with the ball. You get 4 sizes but I think that I’ll be able to use 2 sizes on my cue sticks with a little pressure.

Manny pieces, but not as many for the sticks that I have. Easy to install on old cue sticks. They appear durable as previous caps. Definitely a good value and a good fit for those that were able to be used.
