I bought this 5-pack of 1/8" to 1/4" headphone adapters knowing full well the inevitable: I'd use one, and the other four would mysteriously vanish into the ether like that one sock in the dryer. These adapters are the 10mm sockets of the audio world—if you don't guard them like a dragon guards gold, they'll wander off to who-knows-where.That’s why I took precautions. I now keep the other four locked away in a fire-proof safe, because, let's face it, these little guys have a knack for disappearing. But seriously, the one I'm using works flawlessly! Great sound quality, no issues. And knowing I've got four more stashed safely away gives me a sense of security, like I'm sitting on a stockpile of adapters for the audio apocalypse. Maybe I should get another 5-pack... just in case...

I do not like using adapters, but when you have to...this is an inexpensive option. Then buy the real cord. There is no noise and has a tight connection. Not real gold tip but come on look at the great price.

I've purchased these 3.5mm stereo jacks in the past from a different manufacturer and had great results however, these cut your sound in half for some reason! When I'm using mt Focusrite interface to record my weekly podcast, I have to use my old jack to monitor the recording - or, listen very hard to hear everything clearly with these new jacks. These look almost identical, with the exception of a longer input shaft. They are usable just not as sharp as the others. I hope they'll look into this issue. I didn't return them because it wasn't much money and I buy a lot of gear anyway -sometimes I win, and sometimes I lose.
