This product is amazing!
I can't say enough good about dye na flow. I bought this kit for cotton t-shirt shirt dying and the colors are so vibrant and amazing even after washing. I didn't plan on using the resist but have found it to be a great alternative to wax (finer control, thinner lines). I will admit I haven't used the salt as I'm not using this product for silk. The bamboo brushes don't work well on cotton, but may be great for silk-I can't say. I will say, as one other reviewer mentioned, this pack is worth the cost for the dye na flow alone, but the extra products are great. A must buy if you want an alternative to dye and want more control than alternative big mixes of dye. Great buy!!!

Not thrilled with this paint
I watched videos of people using this product and I knew it was a liquid acrylic. As an artist I am familiar with various paints and acrylic. I was not prepared for how bright, almost neon, many colors were as this will limit their use for me. I was disappointed in how much the colors spread on white cotton fabric, and I suspended the fabric so it was not touching anything to cause spreading. I painted a flower stem and leaves and it all spread into one green mass. You cannot get a crisp edge. In one video the person said these work better when you paint a second coat, thus a first layer seals the fabric and prevents bleeding. This means you would need to paint your fabric first if you wanted no spreading and crisp edges, but that gives you a buildup of paint which I did not want. The claim for these paints is you cannot tell the fabric is painted by the feel. Mine feels stiff, feels painted, and I used it straight from the bottle. I can see how some people would love these, and when diluted even more they give a nice watercolor effect. The colors are very concentrated so you can dilute them a lot. I am just not crazy about this product yet (maybe need more experimenting), but I love Jacquard's other fabric paints. It is a good set and value for the money.

Great for fabric and feathers, too!
This is great for permanent color without the thickness of the paint. The state of the substrate is preserved. I used it the add some color to an old white embroidered shirt. It was also great for painting feathers. My granddaughter wanted to be an angel and devil for Halloween. I bought a white and a red feather wings, originally thinking that I will splice half and half together. I later realized it was easier to use the Dye-na-Flow Cranberry Red #807 to make half of the white wing red. I glued the entire red wings under the white. I was happy with the resulting color distribution.

Great Value
Great kit with everything you'd need to paint scarves or fabric. So much cheaper than buying the bottles individually. The little bottles are difficult to fill with Release so I had to use a different squeeze bottle to fill them, but after that they worked fine with the fine tips it comes with. I'm set for quite a while.

Great product, awesome price.
This is an amazing price for every color in the Dye-Na-Flow line. I love all of Jacquard’s products and Dye-Na-Flow is one of my favorites. I purchased this for a silk painting class I was teaching. I had 20 students in the class, everyone made a silk scarf and With the exception of one color that was spilled (oops) I have at least 1/2 bottle left of each. This set is a really great value.

Don't bother
You get everything pictured however this product did not show on my fabric at all and the paint brushes fall apart during your first use. Very disappointed... what a waste of money.
