OEM fit and seemingly good quality.
Fit like OEM on my '01 Silverado Z71 5.3 liter. If you plan to change the thermostat there are two different types depending on model year. My 2001 required the integrated thermostat and housing so I had to return the ACDelco 12T121D that I ordered incorrectly.

Seems ok, gaskets maybe questionable
Fit our '05 Yukon 5.3 fine. Note this pump comes w what I would describe as "rubbery" gaskets. I wasn't sure I trusted them and I really like the OEM gasket plates which are metal w a corresponding o-ring at each round and rectangular passage. You'll know them when you see them. As such I ordered the FelPro gasket plates (the Napa part # is also the same as the FelPro) at $11 ea. You need 2 gaskets, both identical. If you're concerned about such things like me add $22 to the cost of this pump. I purchased mine locally, did not price thru Amazon but possibly cheaper. FelPro 35635
