Solid mouse, easy to set up
My previous mouse was a Logitech G400 and having gotten used to the extra buttons I wanted another one with at least 7. But I'm left-handed so a lot of mice with extra buttons put them in places I find hard to reach. With this one I can use my thumb to reach the two on the right and the side of my ring finger to reach the two on the left. The final deciding factor was that I bought a Corsair keyboard, so I can use the same software to program both.I found the mouse very easy to set up (I assign the buttons to keyboard keys rather than trying to assign in-game actions directly to the mouse and not all games support extra mouse buttons) and within an afternoon I had profiles for several games (the tricky part has been retraining my muscle memory!).It also seems well made (I've only had it a few weeks so I can't comment on longevity), is slightly lighter than it looks and is comfortable for both my relatively small hands and my husbands larger ones. It's also cheaper than a lot of comparable mice, so a good purchase all around.

Great value high performance and ergonomically built mouse
Immediately felt the benefits of using this mouse -very comfy to use and responsive. Good build quality at an excellent price. Some might say there could be some more more width on the right side of the mouse and therefore may be better for those with medium to smaller hands. For my medium sized hand it’s very comfortable.

Good mouse let down by inadequate iCue software
Being left-handed, I have a difficult time finding a sensible gaming mouse (esp since the Razer DeathAdder left-handed version was discontinued). The Corsair is a good replacement, you can enable left-handed mode by clicking and holding the left forward and left backward buttons for 5 seconds, the DPI indicator will flash 3 times, then you're good to go.It's slightly bigger than the deathadder, so it took some time to get used to it, but after that it's good. A niggle is that it sometimes doesn't power on with the PC and you have to unplug and plug back in to get it to work. It's a known issue apparently and nothing to do with your PC.Response time is good and you can change DPI settings on the fly with the button under the mouse wheel. Now, if you want to do things such as change colours and colour modes with iCue (the corresponding software), you'll be a bit disappointed. None of the colour settings are stored on the mouse memory (it's a PRO version, so this option is given). They are only stored on the iCUE profile. Tried a number of times unsuccessfully, so eventually simply uninstalled the software and stayed with the colours pulsating and changing all the time. I really wanted to disable the lights as not a fan of RGB at all, but given that the options are not saved on mouse and ONLY work when the iCUE application is running, there's not much point. You will probably say, why not just let the application run? Because it's taking some time to load when Windows starts, and sometimes doesn't even recognise the mouse, even after flushing with the latest firmware, and you have to unplug to get the software working...Overall:Great mouse, bad software implementation.

Nice mouse, comfy in the hand, a couple of minor niggles.
OK, so this mouse is good, but it could be better for the same price. For instance, how the heck does a 1.1gb piece of software like iCUE not allow ambidextrous players (Lefties) not to have the choice whether they want the two main buttons reversed?? They are automatically reversed so left click becomes right click and vice versa.I've been told there is no way to change this. WHY NOT?????Lefties like me have become used to having the left and right click buttons the same way as everyone else (the right handed normies.... joke!!!!!).Anyway, another thing that seems a little stingy is not having a slot underneath where those 5 gram weights would go so you can change to weight of the mouse to guit your stle of play. Please don't tell me that would make the price of the mouse more expensive. I have seen others on the market from big companies like Logitech to small (but high quality companies) like KLIM, who both have similar products at a similar price and have included the weights. If it weren't for those two things, and the fact that you have to download 1.1gb of software (which DOES slow your PC down by around 8% during gaming) just to have ny nouse with static red lights on the two RGB areas rather than the annoying rainbow cycle of every colour and shade under the sun.iCue is a HEFTY and bloated piece of software I have now given up on, and am putting up with the silly RGB rainboweven though my whole build is a traditional Black with red Lighting, including my keyboard from KLIM (which requires no software), and my headset (also by KLIM) which is black with red LED's on the outside of the ear cups. Why must I slow my PC down by 8% just to make my mouse stay red? It seems insane. I don't use the macros, I don't own any of the other million Corsair products iCue servesgave an option of the 7 or 8 static classic colours without having to download the Bloatware larger than some of my games!!!!TL:DR Good mouse, but inane and pointless software and lack of basic easy to remedy functionality means I can only give it 3-stars. Some missed opportunities on an otherwise nice product.A real shame since the mouse itself is well made, comfortable to use, and extremely receptive.

It’s perfect
I can not get over how good the build quality of this thing is. It’s so sturdy and comfortable perfect for lefties like me. The software is just perfect couldn’t ask for a better mouse. Being able to remap all the buttons on this mouse is a dream for left handed people you will not regret buying this. The fact it’s so cheap for everything it does amazes me.

Ambidextrous (buttons both sides) good all round mid range CAD / Gaming mouse
Modern software interface for button configuration has taken me some time to get used to but the hardware is sound, sturdy button clicks and all round feeling of mid range quality. Not as good as my Razer Death Adder (£90+) but better than my £20 Logitech G3000 (still good for the money) so sits in between as you would expect...for the £34.99 price
