Better than Plastic
No complaints here - my Pi is running ~10°C cooler than in the "official" red/white plastic case. Installation was a little bit tricky (small screws) and the manual referred to different colours of thermal pads compared to what's in the package - use the thick pads on both sides of both heatsinks unless you have the slightly thicker CPU (Pi 3B+) which needs the thinner pad between CPU/heatsink.

Poor screws and thermal
The screws attaching the top of the case were poor and not magnetic which made attaching them extremely difficult given that it was mounted to the wall. Putting the Sd card in was also fiddly and the cpu compound was also poor as it wouldn’t stay stuck to the cpu and I am getting temperatures of 58cI wouldn’t recommend this case at all and glad I didn’t buy the same brand for my second pi.

Great casing, but with a slight flaw
The screws fit very well, the holes for HDMI, power etc. are also drilled very precisely.The only flaw I found was that the holes for the LEDs are on the wrong side (see picture).Not really a big deal, I have tools to drill additional holes myself, but this is something that needs to be improved.
