This very nicely fits any pipe that is 2-1/2” outside diameter. I used it on a 2-1/2” PVC pipe as well as a a 2-1/2” dust collection hose connection (2-inch PVC coupler or elbow, or 2-1/2” dust collection fitting). 2-inch connections are difficult to find at local hardware stores and I don’t feel like looking online and paying shipping costs for one part). It was slightly loose on the dust collection, but both sealed up nicely with the included hose clamps. I know it isn’t designed to do so, but I stretched and forced the 2-1/2” connection, and I was able to get it around it. I had to purchase a dryer hose clamp to get it to fit around the stretched connection, and it worked beautifully. Quality appears and feels excellent.

these fit ok. They do tend to attract saw dust, so they clog. Was complicated to figure out what size driver was needed to tighten these ended up use a 7mm socket

These connectors are tool free and you can adjust them to hold tight or have them slightly loose to put vacuum line adapter in and out without have undo the connector. I use one on the dust collector and one on planer with no problems also good for adding blast gates

A simple way to join sections of 4 inch air line together that aren't tapered to fit within each other already, or are of slightly different sizes despite both nominally being 4 inch line. The rubber seals accommodate slight differences in size like that so it's handy if you have to incorporate, say, a new exhaust fan into a decades old set of 4 inch exhaust air line. The seal forms against the edge as you tighten the radiator clamp and this prohibits airline leakage that otherwise plays havoc with air lines in the same manner that putting holes in a drinking straw makes it harder to use to drink a beverage. Also helps deaden mechanical vibration and hence noise being transmitted along sections of pipe, so using something like this can be the difference between having your bathroom exhaust fan being quite loud or much less of a disturbance to others when it turn on and off.

Work like they advertise. Inner sleeve does not have a halfway ridge or marker so a little care and due diligence in getting the clamping the right place

I purchased this rubber pipe coupler to support my 2 1/2 inch dust collection system. This coupler’s inner diameter measures a little bit bigger than 2 1/2 inches. As a result, it fits very easily over my 2 1/2 inch exterior diameter pipe and couplers. The pipe clamps that come with the coupler cinch down very easily and buttoned up my dust collection system perfectly. It was just what I needed. I recommend the use of this 2 1/2 inch rubber coupler for your desk collection system as well.

Clamps are 7mm instead of 8mm thinner band. Just cheap but the rubber is good. Stipped one clamp.made it useless. There's better gear clamps is what I'm saying. I'm buying it again and again lol
