These fit perfectly in my friends sons weighted vest. He needed smaller weights to distribute around the vest and these worked perfect.

This is the first experience using a weighted vest with my child and it has been well worth it. It creates just enough sensory input to keep him grounded and focused on days when it's difficult to get him to sit down for school work. It's not to heavy and is just snug enough to be effective without being distracting.

Expensive for additional vest weights, and they were unnecessarily individually wrapped in plastic. My son needed more weight in his vest though and wears it daily

Actually bought these for my son to do his daily workouts because he can't lift much at all and each arm is a different weight due to his disability. We put them in mesh bags and he uses a door pulley to work out. Great creative from the PT and they work well!

I realize I didn’t need these until my son who is 6 gets a bit older as the harkla vest comes with these weights that are perfect weight. Adding these would be too much for him. He’s 4ft 3 and 74 lbs. saving them for later, although they are perfect…I could’ve gone without incase anyone is debating buying these in addition to the vest.
