E-Heelp Electric Scissor Car Jack - 3 Ton 12V with Impact Wrench & Inflator for Car, SUV, Sedan Tire Changing

After the review the seller reached out to me to make it right.....which I have never experienced before. All the stars for quality customer service.I drive an ioniq 2017 so the weight was well below the limit of this electric scissor jack. Unfortunately after a few lifts the center of the jack started to cave in and fold on itself the jack no longer goes up and down because the grooves don't align anymore. This is a serious safety hazard. Please use a backup method to support the car. I gave it two stars because it did work the first few times and it worked well. Too bad it warps easy.

As slow as a hand cranked scissors jack. It's self damaging because it falls over on itself. Love the low profile.

Tested this out on my VW Beetle and it worked perfectly - the low clearance of 4" made it easy to properly place. The removal & replacement of the lug nuts was so easy. I used the cigarette lighter plug with no problems. Highly recomnend this electric car jack.

Purchased on 10/05/2023.This followup on 04/23/2024.Changed from 5 star to 1 star.2nd time using this the "Impact Wrench" no longer works.Does work in the tighten direction but nothing in the loosen/remove lug nuts direction.Not a fuse, still works to tighten and the light stays on.Attempted to figure out how to contact the vendor.No link.No phone number.Found a website and sent an email using their contact page but no response (yet).Their web site, www(dot)e-heelp(dot)com, states 1 year warranty.Will change rating depending on response.What I posted in 10/05/2023Wish I had found this years ago.Yes, not a fast if I had a good speed jack.But who drives around with a speed jack in their trunk?Decided to try this based on a comparison review by my favorite YouTube channel, P****** F***.Thought the "light weight" impact wrench would be a waste of time.Worked great on my F-350.Wouldn't use it to install lug nuts but taking them off was not an issue.The pressure gauge is a bit off...I verify tire pressures with my Aircraft Tools.Was an aircraft mechanic for 20+ years, A&P.Yes.I still use a torque wrench on the lug nuts.

This product is good. It leftmy Hondo with no problem.

Was hoping to like this. Used this to change rotors on my sons car. Everything started out ok but and lifted the car as needed. When I went to let the car down and didn’t work. Tried to use the emergency release and did not work. Had to use another jack to get this one out from under the car.UPDATE: OK they gave me a refund after this last review and made me whole again. I really don’t like giving negative reviews and usually just chalk it up to me not doing my due diligence when I’m looking through reviews for my purchase. I may have just received a lemon on this purchase. The concept is great and it has plenty of lifting power. The product seems to be well built and heavy duty so I will just say that maybe mine not working correctly was just a rare instance . I will move my rating to 4 stars because customer service did eventually make this right. This is review is a combination of the product and customer service
