Has a nice blend of herbs for peri menopause. I’ve been doing so much, I can’t isolate what’s helping, but I’m going to finish the bottle and see if anything changes when I stop.

Good for women who are post menopausal

not sure what it has but it gives me rashes on my face, I only took it twice and it kill my skin. I am returning it, however it might work for someone else. Everyone's bodies are different.

I began taking this after hearing about it from a doctor that specializes in women that may or may not be experiencing menopause symptoms that are also often confused as thyroid and /or diabetic symptoms. I can’t tell a difference. I do not plan to purchase again. For me, it was a waste and I would request a refund if I could.
