I'm generally satisfied with Solgar products in terms of effectiveness. They have both tabs & capsules, which I like. I just wish they would have lower doses of Pantothenic Acid and Niacinamide, and some other vits. I can't take the higher doses because they throw off my metabolism. So I use other brands that have lower doses for particular products.

I am really not sure if this vitamin is really effective or not, to me it more like a placebo. My Dr suggested it in my 1st trimester and I kept eating it when I felt I will puke but was it really working or not is really a good question

Excellent quality and easy to take

I have been reordering these over and over. Very easy to just put under tongue and let it disolve. Better than swallowing capsules. Tastes nice so I really like the tablet. I have been using for several years now.
