DEE ZEE DZ8160B Red Label Crossover Tool Box

When you order this product expect some minor dents and dings. It's packing is woefully inadequate. It would be highly improbable that one of these would make it to you without a few transit induced blemishes. That being said, even with a few imperfections this is a good solid box. The logo is a big chunk of plastic that I had to glue on, but what are going to do? PS My suspicion is that this box is made in the same factory as its' Husky and Lowe's equivalent cousins, which are far less expensive. Might want to check them out first.

Hey, what can I say? This is a great tool box and fits perfect on my Ford Ranger. I am glad that I opted to spend an extra hundred for this midrange model. It is made of good, thick medal that you can actually stand on. My only complaint would be the lock. It just doesn't feel like it can handle much. I really wish these tool box manufacturers would include a couple welded on eyelets for use with some real padlocks.

We received the tool box really like it. The only problem was it was a little damaged. It had a dent in the top of box . We are ble to use it but you can see it on the top a little.

I was exited to get the right toolbox for my truck. the problem I had was it came with 2 dents in it and the lid was crooked so I had to fix it it still isn't perfect but in all its an ok box

The first box I got was damaged. The box looked like it had been opened and resealed. The tool box itself was bent so that it could not be opened. I contacted Amazon and had a new one in a week with the original returned at their expense. The second box is much better. Installation with the included "J" bolts took less than 30 minutes including adjusting the lid a bit. It's not a heavy duty tool box, for my purpose( Tie downs, roadside tool set) it is ideal. All in all I'm very pleased with this tool box and Amazon

This was a big let down. It's pretty thin metal and dents if you look at it wrong. The lid is not attached to the inner lid that holds the latches so it doesn't open easily, one latch will release and the other will stick. Poor design and inadequate materials.The sliding tool tray is also a joke, it's flimsy plastic and collapses with anything more than a couple tie-downs in it, folds in & falls down into the bottom of the toolbox. Lame. Don't waste your money on this one people, I'm going to ask DeeZee for a better one or my money back. This is not a box for a work truck. Pffftttt.

Looks good, fits great in s10. Latches are good, had to adjust them a little bit now it closes tighter. The tray it came with is a joke it couldn't hold 6 medium duty ratchet straps without bending. Over all its just what I was looking for.
