Is the bottom tray removable ?

I bought this cage off someone and it didn’t have the wheels with it want to know if I can buy replacement wheels for it .

Yes it has wheels. Dunno about replacing them. But they are a good cage, our Senegal loves it.

Can you set the cage up without the seed guard?

Yes you can. I didn't fit mine as it would have been too wide to take from room to room.
