Chef Works Unisex Two Pocket Bistro Apron

Good quality, lasted lots of years.

While I am not a waiter, I am a line cook. Due to the cook line not having AC during the summer, I will wear shorts and use this apron as a form of protection on the front of my legs. What I like about it is that it is thick enough to protect from the splattering of grease, and since it is made of cotton it will work just like a towel. I keep a couple of Sharpies an ink pen in the first pocket and a note pad to write down what I need to grab from the walk-in in the other.

The pockets are two separate pockets with a few inches in between them rather than the style of one big one with a seam in the middle. Up side the seam doest bust and leave your pocket contents swimming around. Down side for me is the pockets on the sides of my legs makes me look wider.

TOP NOTCH QUALITY!! I actually had to buy two!, my first one got stolen by my former co-worker who had always complimented my apron. He ended up quitting and working for another restaurant, and took my apron with him...Jerk... But hey, I was more than okay with getting another. This apron is great for serving, especially if you have to work with tablets. We use Mini Ipads to take orders and the pockets are a perfect fit

Essential to every server is a clean, well kept apron and this Chef Works model is simply perfect for those in the industry. I'll give some quick bullet points that most FOH folks will want to know: - Check presenters fit in both pockets, you could fit two in one pocket if needed - I'm about 6 feet tall and the apron goes to my shins - Has not faded in the wash but will need to be ironed (easy to iron) - This can be tied in the front or in the back - Each pocket is about 8x8 - Material is light and not cumbersome. This has been fantastic to work in. It cleans up very well and looks extremely professional. Anyone in the service industry in need of an apron, need not look any further.
