Excellent seal with fantastic results
This is a very high quality product with excellent results! Install was easy and after several rain events (one of which was very intense) water no longer seeps into my garage. The seal is exceptionally strong and I highly recommended it!

works great to keep water out - add a large dolop of silicone seal at each end
works great. Keeps the water out!!! Easy to install. I used Gorilla Glue heavy duty construction adhesive under mine. Two tubes of the adhesive required for a 20 foot wide double garage door. Clean the concrete with acetone or isopropyl alcohol before applying the adhesive. Park your car outside before installing...let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before driving across the rubber seal. pro tip: you can still get water coming in at each end of the garage door seal. What I did and it worked great is this: After you have installed the new seal on the floor, get a caulk gun sized tube of 100% silicone seal (I used clear). Do not use acrylic caulk with silicone. USE 100% SILICONE SEAL. With garage door raised, put a LARGE dollop size of silicone seal (golf ball size or bigger) on the concrete between the edge of the seal and the corner of the garage door frame. Apply a very thin film of VASELINE petroleum jelly to the bottom of your garage door (this acts as an anti-sticking agent). Close the garage door. Leave it closed for 24 hours....turn off the breaker to the opener, or unplug it...or else someone will open it!!) The garage door will displace the dolop of silicone seal so that the dolop conforms to the bottom of the garage door and it creates a dam which will prevent water from entering at the end of the garage floor seal that you just installed. I should have done this YEARS ago!!

Roll up bottom seal
This is a very good product and easy to apply. Still an issue at the very ends keeping water out. Need a way to get it sealed at the ends of the rollup door. In my case I’ll be adding some extra caulk and I and adding brush seals around the door soon.

These work great
These work great for keeping water from entering the garage when it rains or snow melts. It also helps close the gap between the garage door and the floor to prevent mice from getting in. This is the second set we have purchased. the first set that was from another company that did not work as well as it didn’t adhere to the concrete securely. This was probably due to my not following the directions correctly the first time I put them on and then it rained that same day, which caused the adhesive to loosen. This set has fit perfectly and has a strong adhesive to the concrete floor and does not move at all. Would definitely purchase these again. These are also thicker and stronger than the previous set.

GREAT PRODUCT; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I installed my threshold on an 8-foot-wide garage door. Other reviewers are correct when they say that one end of the product does not completely unroll. However, unless you need the entire length of the product, this would not be an issue. I highly recommend using Loctite Premium Construction Adhesive to attach the seal strip to a concrete floor. The Loctite product has excellent adhesion, and it does not dry out within its container so it can be reused as I had to do. When I originally cut my length of seal strip, I miscalculated by one inch so I attached another one inch strip a day later. The Loctite did a great job.

Perfect for keeping out vermin
Easy to install - just warm it up a bit inside the house then unroll in the garage. Easy to cut with utility knife. Keeps critters out when seal is getting old or uneven garage door areas. If ya can see light under your door then mice can get in.

Don’t use Gorilla glue
Don’t use gorilla glue with this as it will not adhere. The quality seems great however I still had leakage BUT realized that I needed a new bottom seal so that is tomorrow’s project. I let this piece in place without gluing for extra protection.

Works terrific to keep water out of my garage! Easy to install after measuring. You can do it by yourself easily, but if you have a helper, even better

After fitting the bottom of the up and over garage door doesn’t get any rain into the garage and has greatly reduced the wind blowing through. Comes with plenty of spare, enough for 2 to 3 other garages at 1.96m width
