I had reviewed a number of PCs to replace my rig which developed the blue screen of death. Finally, I settled on this CyberpowerPC hoping it would be a good choice as I enjoy certain games. I am more than pleased. This computer was easy to set up with the connections well laid out and easy to use. The tempered glass side allows for a neat visual with the RGB lighting active. The GPU - MSI RTX 2070 Super is such an upgrade from my previous GTX 1060 that I am getting amazing FPS and no skips due to frame rate issues.One issue that came up was my RGB lighting stopped on two fans and cannot find any information on how to start them up. So called Support and they assisted me in fixing the problem - excellent experience.Overall, excellent gaming PC and looking forward to a very enjoyable experience.

Normally I build my own gaming rigs. This time I purchase a custom build unit and thought I could just upgrade what I want extra and have a good gaming rig. This CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Supreme Liquid Cool Gaming PC, Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 is just great. I first added 64 gigs of new ddr4 ram 3200 and worked like a champ. It is fast quit with the fan and system set up like it is configured. I will be adding more ssd drives and to compete the my wish list of items. The inside of the computer is very clean and all wiring is very well placed. The lighting is very nice touch and the new ram I purchased also adds its own light to highlight the view through the glass side panel. Corsair CMW64GX4M4C3200C16 Vengeance RGB PRO 64GB (4x16GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 Desktop Memory Black. So far very nice computer and looking forward to playing all my game with the new system.

This is a great gaming computer that I paired with a 32 inch 2560x1440 monitor. I play Battlefield 5 with ease. There is a spare hard drive bay under the installed hard drive although it is not easy to access. The computer case does not offer any front options for accessories such as a card reader. When my computer arrived none of the fan lights worked but that was resolved by removing the right side panel and plugging the connections in that more than likely came loose in shipping.

Firstly, the computer case arrived with a small dent [pictured] but I dont care really, I just wanted to let others know it happened.Ive had this thing running non stop for 72 hours and haven't had any problems. I was in the the market for a new gaming PC and I chose this one because of the 2070 super. It runs all my games just fine and the keyboard and mouse that came with it are actually good quality which I wasn't expecting.overall a great gaming pc for the price.

I bought from cyberpower in 2018 after the 2070 came out because I was playing on a 970m laptop. Do not buy this PC, or any pc, from Cyberpower. They use proprietary hardware from ASRock for their motherboards which means you cannot update the bios at all. From day one I’ve had kernel traps, uncorrectable errors, and pretty much every other BSOD because of the motherboard. I’ve ran every test, every scan, checked every temperature, and everything points to the motherboard which was a Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 CB. ASROCK DOES NOT SUPPORT THE CB MODEL WHATSOEVER AND THEY BARELY ADDED I9 SUPPORT TO THE NORMAL Z390 PG4 A YEAR AGO. After doing a full case swap because the case with a Corsair because the case it comes in is absolutely garbage for airflow with fans that catch dust in a matter of minutes after cleaning them, replacing the cooler with a cooler master liquid cooler, changing the RAM sticks and running memtests, upgrading the PSU, and changing SSDs, I’ve essentially rebuilt my own PC because of the insane idea to put a motherboard in a pc that doesn’t even support the chipset it comes with.Do not buy this pc or any pc from cyberpower. Build your own and do your research otherwise you’re just buying an expensive graphics card. It took me 4 hours to do a case swap because I had to redo everything. Oh, and while we’re talking about case swaps: CYBERPOWER GLUES ON THE SIDE PANEL SO YOU CAN’T OPEN IT. I had to pry the SSD compartment with my hands in order to get it out. I cut myself on it trying to slide it off like it’s SUPPOSED TO DO.Absolutely, unequivocally, garbage.

When I ordered this computer I needed it like that day so I was not able to build the PC I wanted. But with that being said I was prepared for the worst. To my surprise I received the computer 4 days early which was great. When I received the computer the box was in perfect condition kudos to UPS because I was SCARED!!!! Out of the box I looks amazing! So I opened up the PC to find A MSI 2070 super dual fan which I was very concerned it was going to be a blower model since the listing did not specify the complete details about the GPU. Everything else that was listed was there and in perfect shape. For the money you could not build this same computer unless you got most of the parts on a good sale. One small personal preference that I did not like was all fans were set to exhaust air out and they are not ran off the mother board they are ran through a connecter in the back. So you can not change the fan speed so I has a slight hummmm all the time but over all very quite. I feel like I got a great deal for the money and not being able to pick out the parts.

For gaming it requires hardware upgrades and an additional fan, right out of the box. The graphics card it came with required the addition of another fan just to play Outerworlds or FallOut 76. Really? And seriously who can work with 500 GB for gaming? Just so disappointed with the purchase. The blinking lights are nice....a few things are okay, but honestly I cannot use the computer for gaming until I upgrade a few more things, so I am too depressed to say anything nice right now.

I received the completely correct computer set up. It is amazing and a very decent value. I probably could have built the same set up for cheaper but I have been out of the computer making game for long enough that I didn't want to have to re-learn currently. it arrived 2-3 weeks before it was estimated to arrive, so good on that.
