Very durable and well designed with minimum of useless pockets, zippers and other fluff. Perfect for my needs

Great backpack
This is a very spacious and sturdy backpack. Plenty of room for a laptop, it's accessories and books/notebooks. Plenty of compartments too, and slick design.

but it looks like exactly what I wanted
I received it but haven't used it yet, but it looks like exactly what I wanted. I have another Eastpak and felt the quality was good; this new one also looks good. I like the padded handle, thick foam bottom in the main compartment (so I don't have to worry about things poking through), and the cinch straps to control the thickness of the pack. I really wanted to try the cinch strap model because my old one flops around a bit without the straps if the load is light.

Good for Everyday Use
The product was exactly what I had expected. The merit of all is this product has a bottom-pad outside of the PC case/pocket, which prevents the backpack from "sagging" by heavy books, as well as PC, even after the fabric per se is softened. Also, other brands have stopped having a key-chain inside the front pocket due to minimization of cost, but this one enables me to put my car/house key to its key-chain hook (The web-site ought to show such a photo). The demerit is a bit difficult to open/close zippers due to wider zipper cover-liner along the zippers (that often occurs while the item is new? Hope so).
