I wear it EVERYDAY, I've seen results. I have back problems from years of treating my body like an amusement park and this mildly assists in keeping my pain under control. Posture/little beer belly/ and definitely my waist I can see a difference. I'm not sure to tell you how to pick a size, but I got a medium. I wear a 36c bra, size 9 jeans and have a toned stomach and weigh 150 pounds. I don't know if that helps but the medium was perfect for me. I wear it in class, work/ and working out. Only take it off to shower/eat and sleep. I waited a while to put in my review to give an accurate response and it definitely does what it was advertised for.

The first couple of days it was fine, but then it would lose its shape and stretch out. It was a good tester to see if you like waist training. Next time I'll buy the more expensive one.

The first day it worked perfectly. However, over time the wires started bending making it uncomfortable to wear for more the 3 or 4 hours. Some wires would bend outward making it belly look bigger than it really is. The material is just very cheap all together eventually i was shaping the waist trainer more than it was shaping me but then again u get wat u pay for.

it is very tight sheesh you cant breath when you wear it.

Definitely way too small and not true to size. My teenager who is petite couldn't even fit it. Garment doesn't stretch. I believe the quality was good, however because it didn't fit, I assume not.
