I read about this particular Dr. Bonner's product on a home decorating site. You can use this for everything! Dishes, laundry, cleaning counters, mopping.... it's eco friendly and safe for pets and baby things. This is concentrated so it goes a long way. The smell is fresh and clean, I wash the pet toys and bedding with this, my cats love when I put out their fresh little beds afterwards. I have already bought another bottle. Dr. Bonner's has solid products for a very good price. You won't regret trying this!

I had seen this product recommended in some groups I belong to & finally decided to try it. We redid our bathroom & I wanted something that was gentle, non toxic & worked. So far I've been pleased with this product. It works great in the bathroom, but is also doing a fantastic job in the kitchen. Great on counters, small appliances (especially the inside of microwave) & my glass top stove has never looked shiner (no streaks) It has a pleasant scent, not over powering (I have respitory issues, so this is perfect) its truly multipurpose & actually works. It's concentrated, so a little goes a long way. There's instructions on how to dilute according to your cleaning needs. It arrived undamaged (no leaks/spills) & on time. I highly recommend & will purchase again.

I used to have a professional cleaning company clean my house. I noticed how very shiny things were when they left although they only had two spray bottles in their cleaning kit. I asked one of the gals one day what they used and she explain that this was the product that they use for everything but at two different strengths. One was for glass and mirrors and the other was for basically everything else. She explained that the product is safe to use around children and animals as well as anyone with compromised health issues. So I purchase some myself and I am now cleaning my own home. I have literally saved hundreds of dollars over this past year and quite frankly the exercise is good for me. This product is amazing. Does not leave any residue behind and cleans beautifully without any chemical smells or the cost. I also love that I use my own reusable spray bottle and I am not putting anything into our landfill. First time buy of Sal Suds. I've only used it for dishes so far and really like it. It suds up and cleans them well. I spend quite a bit of time in the woods and I love the smell of 'Fir', however I am a little disappointed as the scent is barely a hint at most, at least to my nose. Though this may suit others more than me. Bought it after researching other products that are guilty of 'Greenwashing'. I really don't care for questionable chemicals in my house and especially on my families dishes. I trust Dr Bronner's honesty. Some review complaints addressed; Not clear, it turned cloudy==> This happens when it is exposed to the cold (probably during shipping), it will turn clear when it is warmed, just being in a warm house will clear it up. Mine arrived without a broken cap==> but it was not adequately packed to protect it from this. Leakage==> Maybe it is new, but mine had a seal under the cap, which should/might stop this. Price; I appreciate Amazon for the incredible array of products I can easily find on their site and the reviews, which I use extensively when deciding upon what products to buy. However, I paid $14.53 for 16 ounces of Sal Suds. Later while at a local Food Co-op, a place I shop to find organic food or natural specialty items==> not Low prices, I found they carried Sal Suds, 32 ounces for $13.50. That is even less than the present price at Amazon for a pack of two 32 ounce containers, which is presently $34.99, or $17.50 for each 32 ounce bottle!

This product can clean everything in your home. Quite literally everything. Laundry, the floors, walls, dishes, bathroom, counters, car, windows, toys, carpet stains. Its very concentrated. I like that I only have to buy one product to clean everything in my home SAFELY. This has an SLS in it. SLS are safe to use and needed in some instances. You can't clean well without a surfracant. This product also has black fir leaf oil, white fir leaf/needle oil and Siberian fir needle oil, all of which have antibacterial and antifungal properties. It smells like Christmas trees.

I have a diluted down spray bottle, I think I did 1:10 with water. I keep it handy to spray my hands, spray individual dishes I am washing, to clean my farm fresh chicken eggs, fruits and veggies, also use to spray my counter tops. At first, I was not impressed, as it came all gunky and solid white. It froze during the delivery. I just warmed it up and now that it is clear and liquid again, I can tell you how great it is. It has a nice but not overpowering pine scent. Very gentle easy to use cleaner. It is not real sudsy, but too sudsy for a dishwasher. The 16 oz. size is a great choice if you are hesitant about the purchase. I got mine with free delivery and it arrived in a timely manner. This has replaced so many products in my home. I just emptied a ton of old harsh nasty cleaners done the drain. I will continue to use this as my number one cleaner, including on my wood products. My stepson has allergies and this seems to already be helping him with his nasty nose and congestion. **UPDATE** I wanted to do an update. I had been doing a 1:10 ratio, but recently changed it to almost full 24 oz. of water with only 1 TBS of Sal-Suds, as recommended by Lisa Bronner. It is just as effective at the smaller dilution ratio, and has helped keep my sal-suds lasting longer. At the lesser dilution ratio, it seems that it is not as sudsy, so rinsing and wiping is easier and more effective. I still use it on my wood furniture, piano, oak table, desk, etc. Simply amazing.

I used 2 tablespoons of this in half a bucket of water to clean my car. It was better than any car shampoo I've ever used, it took the dirt, and even bird poo off effortlessly - very impressed! Well worth the money.

Strong smell - pine. Probably not to everyone's liking. Excellent and multi purpose cleaner. Can be mixed with vinegar unlike castille soap. Astonishing cleaning for removing soap scum from my shower

I use this product on just about everything. Depending on what I'm cleaning I dilute it as instructed on the bottle. Delivery was on time. Good quality and good price.
