As a housewife who does a TON of cooking and cleaning every day, I spend a lot of my day in an apron. I've had one from a pricey mall kitchen retailer, and I would wear it literally every day as I worked around the house in the kitchen and elsewhere. I decided I needed another one so that when one gets dirty, I would have another one to wear while the first was in the wash. I actually went to the Pricey Mall Kitchen Retailer website to look for the same brand I already had, but the sticker shock stopped me. Do I really need to pay $50 for an apron? I decided... Nahhhhh. Off to Amazon I went! I found this one and was at first suspicious because of the low price, worrying that the quality would not be good. I decided to take a chance and order it anyway, and I am SO GLAD I did ! Honestly, while the material is not quite as thick as my Fancy Mall Brand Apron, this one is JUST as good in every way! It's thick enough to protect my clothing from food and cleaning products. It is plenty big, giving me good coverage. The neck strap is comfortable and adjustable. The ties are plenty long so that I don't have trouble tying it myself in back. And -- the MUST -- the POCKET! I do housework and cook while listening to music or podcasts on my phone, so a pocket is a must to hold my phone. Honestly, this bib has everything I wanted and is a super cute and flattering design! This bib for less than $10 is just as good, just as functional, and just as cute as my Fancy Mall Brand Apron, and I am SO glad I made this purchase! If HOMWE comes out with an adorable floral print (I am a super girly girl), I might end up with a third apron in my collection. (HINT HINT!!!!)

This apron is made of a sturdy material that should last some time. Get as many as the number of cooks you expect to be using your kitchen at the same time. 'Out of the box' the material is quite stiff, but I haven't washed the apron yet. I expect it to get a little less harsh after a few washes. The neck loop is easy to adjust and readjust, the black color won't clash with what you're wearing underneath, and the stripes will probably help to disguise nasty stains. Mine doesn't seem to have stained yet. That may be due to the stiff and rather harsh feeling fabric. If you like to surround yourself in warm fuzzies, this apron may not be for you. Don't count on doing much with the pockets. They are rather small and tight. They might hold a wooden spoon or something like that, but the spoon end would be in your way. The ties are definitely long, as advertised. I have to pass them around to the front to tie them, and then I have that big bow in front of me. The apron itself is not very long. My two previous aprons were both considerably longer. Maybe if you're under five feet tall you will find it a better length.

I'm very pleased with these aprons, especially considering the low cost. I purchased them for home kitchen use. The fabric is substantial and the chalkboard stripe makes me feel almost chic (Can an apron be chic? Probably not.) As opposed to the traditional white bib apron, this camouflages kitchen splotches so I don't have to launder them so often. The apron provides excellent coverage for a plus-size person. The adjustable neck strap works very well, and the long waist ties allow me to tie the apron in front, even with my ample belly. The fabric is a rather stiff, but softened after laundering, without becoming floppy. The aprons launder nicely. I put them in the dryer for just a few minutes to blow out most of the wrinkles, and then they hang-dry quickly. The pocket is a little odd for my taste. It looks like two pockets in the photo, but is really one big pocket which sits a little low on me because I'm shortish. I would have preferred the giant pocket separated into two (which still would have been good-sized pockets). I also would have liked a small pocket closer to the top of the bib for a kitchen timer or other small kitchen implements. I think they would look great in a navy/white stripe too. Overall, this is easily a 4-1/2 star purchase. I can't believe I yammered a whole paragraph about aprons.

I bought this same apron a year ago , really liked it, so looked for another when I wanted a second apron to rotate in washing. I chose the one from the other company that is the same price and looks the same, but they had a front pocket style that looked more useful for my needs. Both said they had 40” ties. When I got that one , it wouldn’t wrap around and knot in the front comfortably like this one had.... So I reordered this one and returned the other. THIS ONE IS 44”, NOT 40” on each tie. I am a women’s 3x-4x(26-28)and my waist is 54”. I cook sitting down because of disabilities so there’s more pressure. I can wrap this around the back, then bring it around front and knot it and still be able to breathe! The knot comes out easily because of the fabric finish. This is also sturdier fabric, the seams are better, the straps and ties are sturdier. This one is stiff when you first get it, but it loses that in a wash or two. It doesn’t smell. The other smells of chemicals. The stains have come out easily without pretreating. IN CONCLUSION,especially if you have a larger waist like mine, I’d buy this one, plus the quality is much better, and it doesn’t smell! ( I was in no way paid or enticed to do this review, and did not do it as part of a promotion. )

I've been wearing aprons most of my life (starting with pinafores as a child). This apron is perfect in every way. I'm short, amply padded, and in my 7th decade, and I can say that this is the best apron I have ever bought. The ties are super long, the width of the bib is enough to protect my clothes, and the single wide pocket is kind of like those hand muffs we used to wear in winter; it's large, you can access it from either side, and it is so much easier to find things than using separate pockets (which are customary for aprons). As to the neck strap, I usually cut it off and just pin the apron to my clothes, but this neck band is so comfortable I think I'll leave it alone. The slide mechanism to adjust the band is so much better than those rings one usually finds on aprons that slip and slide out of place. I just wish it came in other stripe colors (blue & white, red & white, green & white, etc. or just plain denim). The design/style of the apron is simply perfect.

I just received my adjustable bib apron. I am extremely happy. I tried it on and it fits very well. I am 5 ft 2 inches tall and wear a 2X in most tops and jackets and I was able to bring the apron strings around from back and tie them in a bow. The fabric is thick and durable. My favorite feature, and one of the main reasons for buying it, was the two front pockets. It's actually one big pocket, with access from each side of the apron. This allows me to keep my phone handy, while safeguarding it from grease splatter,etc. I am thrilled with the price, I paid $8.97 plus tax. For an apron of this quality, I would have expected to pay at least $30. I really appreciate the reasonable price and highly recommend it. Thank you.

Perfect - not too light and not heavy like my other more commercial aprons. I REALLY like the neat/clean/fast way the neck can be adjusted. I am 5'4" and with the neck strap adjusted where the bib covers by bust area - the apron touches just below my knees and the ties - wrap around to my front and ties with ease on a large waist (38). The pockets actually go all the way across the middle so it is one huge pocket. I USUALLY don't use the pockets on aprons so I am not sure if this is a plus or negative in my mind. The pocket area is 9 inches high in the middle so you could easily keep you pot holders or something bulky if you can get it in the opening of 9 inches. I keep a towel looped over the belt on the side front (to wipe my hands after constant washing) so just don't use the pockets. The apron covers the full front half of me - I LOVE it.

I wear it lots. I'm a 5'10" male and it was very easy to adjust the neck strap to make it fit properly. Nice to have the pockets but I don't use them much, but they are not in the way. The waist strap is plenty long enough. I love the fact that it is not to "Girly" to wear when guests are over for dinner.
