Great if you need glasses!
I need glasses to see. These shields were so easy to use, sturdy and cost effective. I'm very pleased I tried them and will use them again.

Much better than the paper eyeglasses
I took a couple of packs of these with me to an outdoor event our scout troop was volunteering at yesterday during the annular eclipse in Texas. I passed them out to the troop, and they shared their with those around them. They fit easily in the shirt pocket of our uniforms, without the paper earpieces to get tangled. The card format seemed more durable than the paper glasses I was seeing, a was also easier to use for those wearing glasses. Not sure if the hole in the corner of the card was supposed to be for a lanyard, but it also made a good pinhole projector to show the eclipse effect and explain the strange shadows. I got most of them back, and they are easily in good enough shape to have to use for the total eclipse near here next year.

Cheapest option for viewing the next solar eclipse!
Normally, I give these solar filters 4 out of 5 reviews, but I'm gonna give this one a 5 just because its the CHEAPEST and simpliest way to be able to view the solar eclipses. Work as advertised, and I got 10 in a pkg (!!), so there are plenty to hand out to folks.
