Both frame and lenses are very flexible, while this helps with comfort it becomes a liability with multiple impacts as the lens will separate from the frame after repeated impacts.They WILL fog if you don’t put them in a way that they provide a good seal or if it's cold and you are in front of a fire, but under normal conditions they are very fog resistant.Very comfortable and indeed, impact and scratch resistant but not proof, as stated early.

Mine fogs inside the dual pane and there's nothing that you can do to wipe the fog off
