Good construction quality.
Good sturdy bar. I like the fact that it came with the end brackets to stabilize the position, so you don't have worry about the bar slipping down.

Practicability - Simplicity - Versatility
I’m so pleased with the bar. The bar is self-locked thanks to the simple mechanism of applying force towards both sides of the doorframe, which is wonderful because a stable doorframe is all you need to start your favorite training. Some cracks on my doorframe can be seen in the photos due to the required torque to keep it firmly mounted and they actually cause no harm to the door, at least for me. It comes with two caps and enough screws in case you want to have it mounted fixed on surfaces that provide insufficient friction to hold up or to support greater body weight. Slip resistance? Good, I’m sweaty hands and still comfortably uncomfortable with it, a little bit of off-grip can train your grip. Adjustability? Just as advertised. Weight Support? Not tested beyond 150 lbs, but I believe it will hold up strong under greater load with its solid build. Most importantly, I’m 5’6”, ~ 154 lbs, almost ideal to hang from this bar mounted on a doorframe in my perspective, taller people might struggle to maintain good form between reps. Overall, a must-have for calisthenics lovers.

It’s not safe for anyone! Deadly accident
I never write reviews, but this bar almost caused a big accident for my kid. First, it cracks the door frame which others have mentioned as well, as u can see in the pics. I thought my kid is petite 9, so it might not be of any harm to the door, but it was! Secondly, it doesn’t stop rotating, even after fixing and tightening the screws! As a result, the size of the bar (which is adjusted by rotating it) can keep changing with kids hanging on it, which makes the bar rotate and get shorter, making it come out of the brackets anytime! As you can see in the pics, the bar fell off leaving the rubber lining inside the wall bracket, which is supposed to keep the bar in that bracket. My kid fell so hard on the floor, luckily the bar fell on the other side and not on her. We are just past 1 month, so can’t even return this junk. Please don’t buy this for your kids safety.

Great value.
I recently installed the ProsourceFit Heavy Duty Pull-Up Bar, and I’m impressed with how straightforward the process was from start to finish. This was one of the easiest fitness equipment installations I’ve done. With a standard drill, a level, and a measuring tape, I was able to get it mounted in under 20 minutes. The pre-drilled mounting holes aligned perfectly, and the included hardware was more than adequate for a secure fit. The instructions were concise but clear, with diagrams that made it easy to double-check measurements and mounting points. I’ve been using it daily for standard pull-ups, chin-ups, and leg raises. The bar doesn’t flex or creak, even during explosive movements. It feels gym-quality in a home setup.

Great but not perfect
After almost 6 months of daily use, the bar is holding up so far, but that's probably because I use mainly a wide or shoulder-width grip and only with body weight(i weigh 190). The bar flexes and bends while performing explosive close chin-ups and single-arm hangs in the center, but the bar remains straight after. I upgraded the stud screws to 2-inch heavy duty wood screws. I only have 2 of the 3 screws in a stud on each end cap and the caps still haven't failed! LOL My friend has the same bar but he got an extra pairs of end caps for about the same price. Would have been nice to get those extra pair of end caps.. Will update if it breaks after more weight on the bar...

No manual, very solid.
I bought this telescoping doorframe bar because I need to do dead hangs for my spine, and don't have any room for gym equipment. There's no installation manual, but if you're the slightest bit handy and have a good bubble level (especially a magnetic one), it's very easy to install. I put it in my studio bathroom doorway. I was worried it would be an eyesore, but it's very unobtrusive. As a bonus, now I have somewhere to hang my stage clothes when I'm getting ready for a show. I'm very pleased with my purchase. At first I was upset because only one end would extend, making the hand grips off-center. Then I realized that both ends extend, but the opposite end is righty-loosey, lefty-tighty; this makes sense once I thought about it more, but it confused me initially.

Great product
Ok I love this chin up bar. Easy to install. Very sturdy. Really liking the firm grips. One thing though, nothing wrong with the product but something to watch for, when you hang on one side it tightens the bar (makes it longer, thus pushes the door frame apart). When you hang on the other side it loosens the bar (makes it shorter and can eventually fall out of the end pieces). We unknowingly tightened ours so much that it broke the sheet rock above the door frame and separated the door frame at the corners. We thought our house was breaking in half. Would definitely buy again.

It slips from door frame
It automatically slips from my door frame. Also the door frame is damaged, color had brushed off where it used to hang.

Safe and secure
I am a big fan of these pull up bars, put them in a doorway you regularly walk through and just hang it feels so good on your back, great for pull ups too ;) I am not comfortable with the big bulky bars that hang off a doorframe as I get nervous they will slip off, these are safe and secure and take up very little space.

Prima!
Hält im Türrahmen super fest. Die Kinder nutzen die Stange zum turnen. Man kann sogar eine Schaukel daran befestigen.

Excelente calidad
