A great tool. I bought four.
This is a little gem of a tool. Tired of having different types of sandpaper, (sheets, strips, 5" and 8" rounds, etc) I've settled on 5" hook and loop random orbital sander paper for 90% of my work in grits from 40 to 1000. Now this little hook and loop tool takes those 5" rounds and makes them perfect for hand use. As the paper also attaches to the side of the tool, it's great for getting in places difficult to sand any other way.I have four of them with each holding an 80, 120, 150, and 220 sheet ready to go. It's easy the change papers to whatever grit you need. And to cap it off, this little tool also will grip and hold Scotchbrite pads. You can't beat that. This company also makes a 5" round tool that's just as handy. I've got two of those. The best sanding blocks I've ever used and I've been woodworking for 50 years.

Nice design that holds up well
Nice, comfortable, somewhat cushy hand grip. Good size/diameter handle, but would benefit from being more of a ball shape, rather than flat on top. Current design leads to finger fatigue after an hour or so of use. The Velcro holds up well on the bottom. No splitting or separating after a few months of occasional use with with sanding countertops. The main downside that’s inherent to a circular sanding pad is that inside corners are impossible to reach. Those you have to do by hand, or with a true sanding block.

Save your hands and use this sanding pad holder
This makes hand sanding sooooo easy. It allows me to use the random orbit sander discs I already use and because the disc overlaps the holder just a little bit I am able to sand right up to the corners and tight spaces. The holder fits my hand and is comfortable to use and does not wear my fingers out or make my hand tired from trying to control the sandpaper. It is light weight and being yellow easy to find.

Good for corners
I purchased this sanding block to use for corners and it works pretty well. The only drawback I found was the rounded front/back edge made it a little more difficult to sand some of the corners. I understand why these edges are rounded to use standard orbital sanding disks. I did use the folded edge of the sanding disk but it was a little difficult to grip the block when using this edge. It makes a good companion to the round "mushroom" shaped sanding block.

Now my wife wants her own "mouse"
I'm not a woodworker, just an old retired homeowner who avoids work and only buys tools that I absolutely need. A daughter's friend recently rebuilt our small back deck (<4' sq) with 4 stairs & railings outside our back door, but he left it to my wife and I to sand & stain. Although I have an old DeWalt Palm sander and a Porter Cable orbital with a box of 5" discs, they were overkill for the job. I have used sanding blocks in the past but I thought the sanding mouse was worth a try since I've owned pc's for 25 years. I tested this sanding mouse out and seems perfect for the job, especially since I already had a box of discs. I guess it looked too easy because my wife now wants her own mouse to help.

Great
I already have this type of sand paper for my orbital, so this seemed like an economical idea. I'm pleased. It has a little flexibility in it which helps and sand very well with the pads I have. Works better than the Milescraft set that uses belts. If you already have or use these pads, consider this a cheaper, effective alternative than other sanders. Honestly, it's a little irritating that this works better than the other that I spent much more money on.

Great Investment!
This is one of those “must haves” everyone needs in their tool chest next to their power sander. Very handy for detail or finish sanding for certain applications. I’ve used this for small wood projects, to smooth a drywall patch repair, to sanding mind century furniture. When I need to use a less aggressive touch up I go to this. I’ve used Gator brand sandpaper in many grits and the sander held well, and also have used Diablo brand sandpaper as well as their SandNet line and the hook and loop held well to them all. The material is very sturdy and the pad seems attached very well. If used properly should last a very long time.

Good sanding block
As a woodworker for 40 years, and have a complete wood shop at home, made everything from pens to full size aircraft, one the most disliked duties in the shop is sanding, either by machine or wood blocks. Machine is good for large areas, but hand sanding is preferred for that fine detailed work. I used to use a small block of wood with sanding disks wrapped around it. With the Kiolux round sanding block I can use all my favorite grits from 80 to 1000 and get a very good and even finish to my work. now I prefer hand sanding with Kiolux.
