Could be a life saver
We use the whistles for distress call if someone gets in to difficulties while doing cold/ wild water swimming. They are loud enough to be heard from a distance away. Good money well spend

I laugh at the comment relating to the product being "handed to the resident". It along with other items were thrown over the fence! Other than that, they whistle just fine.

Got these to attach to life jackets
We needed a large volume of whistles to go on our family’s life jackets as well as our guest life jackets. This pack had enough to go around, with spares, and using the attached o-ring we put them directly on the zippers. Worked perfectly for our needs, and loud enough they can be heard across the water.
