Would this be ideal for two 8 mths old American Bulldogs?

It all depends on how tall the dogs are. The hand strap on the back of Halti is not very long ,so if you are tall you may find your bending over to hold it especially if you do want to give your dog some slack.

Cant read size guide it’s so small Will a small fit a shitzu she’s 7.5 kg

My dog weighs 15kg and it fits her, but I would suggest a smaller size, as it is bigger than it looks.

My french bulldogs chest size is 24” but the large is to big. But the medium is 13.5-19.5 that will be to small
