I ordered these primarily because the commercial said they contain a number of fruits and vegetables and in the past few years my diet , especially in the winter, has been sadly lacking in them. Other reviews spoke about more energy ,sharper mind and even reduced appetite. I`ve been taking them for a little over a month now and what I`ve noticed is a great reduction in my neurological issues. Many years ago I sustained back and nerve damage in a car accident. My doctor warned me at the time that serious weight gain would worsen these issues. Over the years I`ve allowed my weight to actually double and pain was frequent and debilitating. I would get shooting pains up my arms and into my chest out of the blue and have to stop wherever I was and whatever I was doing until the stabbing pain would stop. I had developed tremors in both of my thumbs. I was NEVER consistent with any vitamins before. Didn`t even believe in them. But in just the time I`ve been taking them I`ve only had one attack in one arm and the tremors are almost completely gone. So I will definitely continue to take these vitamins and have recommended them to several friends. Give them a try. You have nothing to gain but better health! I wanted to add to this review now that I`ve taken these vitamins for 2 months. For some reason I seldom took vitamins and even if I would start out with good intentions it didn`t last long because in fact I really didn`t believe they would have any impact one way or another. Many years ago I contracted Guillain Barre Syndrome. It`s a virus that attacks the nervous system. I was partially paralyzed from April through August of #73. I was always afraid it would return. In #89 I had a car accident and sustained some injuries that further compromised my nervous system. since then I would frequently get shooting pains up one or both of my arms into my chest. There was also pain in my leg. In the past two years I had developed severe tremors in my thumbs so that if I was carrying something it was hard to hold onto. I started taking these vitamins for the reasons stated in my first review. But joyfully I can report that the tremors in my thumbs are almost completely gone and I very very seldom get the neurological pain in my arms or leg anymore. I am now a believer in vitamins and especially these. So give them a try. They are so worth it!

Great vitamins. I can tell a difference when I don’t take them.

I really like these vitamins. I don’t get an upset stomach after taking them. They have more than just vitamins. They have all kinds of herbs and I really like that. I have more energy now and I feel great. My only issue is the size of the Pill, but it seems to go down very easily with no after taste.

These multi vitamins make me feel good. Take one every morning with my other vitamins so easy to take. Hair getting thicker.

I've taken this Natures Way Alive over 50 Plus Ultra for over ten years. When I could not find it locally I bought a similar item from "O" vitamin company and used that for a few weeks. Unfortunately that "O" product failed me in several ways. First off the "O" product did not change my water from clear to yellow like the Natures Way always did. Second I started getting 'unhappy'. I'm 77 years old and without a lot of B+ vitamins i gets sad. So for me, (everyone's biology is unique) the "O" similar Vitamin totally failed to be any good. I'm discarding about 80 of the 100 from the "O" remaining. it is that useless for me. Going back to the Natures Way Wome's Alive 50 plus really restored my well being. I never thought such a difference could exist. But It can and did for me. For others it may not be as significant. My true experience. 100%
