Waste of $20
I saw an ad for this in a muscle magazine and it really doesn't do anything. The pills are literally sugar coated, as is the advertisement that it will pack pure muscle on or whatever it says. I've decided to stay away pills and capsules as supplements and would say your money would be much better spent on a mass gainer protein shake (or lots of chicken) instead. Trust me brahs, not a good deal. #GAINZ

Great product if you don't want to take creatine!
I work in a GNC and as a female have tried a lot of products for building lean muscle! The peak ATP in this is patented and has scientific research to show how it works almost the same way as creatine. For me this was the best substitute as I've tried a few creatines and bloat from monohydrate! It gave me insane pumps and I put on 20 lbs on my bench in 6-7 weeks of taking it! It's a great product, especially for women!
