Best on the market - better than Lepow
I love this thing. I bought a few portable monitors at varying price ranges and compared them all. This was the winner! Here's why:Pros:- Screen gets VERY bright (brighter than Lepow competitor, I compared head to head)- Screen quality is very high, looks identical to my 2020 MacBook Pro screen- 15.6" is very large but also a portable size, its the same size as my laptop so traveling with both is easy- Very affordable. I looked at competitors $400+ and aside from the random brand name, there are no benefits to higher priced models.- Very easy setup. Plug in and it's ready.- Comes with 3 types of cables so you can use whatever port your computer has. It only requires one cable to work.- Monitor does NOT require it's own power source. My usual set up is just my laptop, USB-C connector to the monitor, and sometimes my laptop charger.- Price (again) because I use this as a travel monitor, I didn't want to buy anything super expensive in case I lose it or leave it somewhere, so this is affordable enough that if it gets lost, it's not the end of the world.- Prop stand is VERY low profile and does not take up a lot of table space like others. It's a kickstand rather than an L-shape like many others.Cons:- Chews up Laptop battery (when laptop is not charging)- Cover/stand can slip off. BUT I fixed this with Velcro command strips connecting monitor to the cover and it doesn't budge now.

Spectacular but Perhaps Flawed (30% default brightness on Dell/Linux system)
It checks all the boxes, slim/ultra lightweight, great screen quality, vibrant colors, etc., but there is one major flaw affecting my system that other commentors have pointed out: default 30% screen brightness.UPDATE230% screen brightness may be an issue with my laptop (Dell Precision 5540) and/or OS (Linux/Fedora) -- don't know, check out other reviews referencing the same issue. I have found a workaround via software (ddcutil) that hooks into native hardware, so adjusting brightness, contrast, etc. can be done automatically on startup and resume from sleep, just as if you were adjusting the monitor's physical settings button. Now quite happy with the product :)UPDATE1I have a software level fix in place that adjusts brightness on system startup and resume from suspend. Not ideal though since the colors are washed out due to the fix not being applied directly via hardware. This may be due to my OS (Linux/Fedora) and/or system (Dell Precision 5540), though it sounds like power management on Mac and Windows will also "throttle" the brightness. Would be great to have 75%+ brightness without having to disable PM.At least now text is readable and I won't have to return the product. Hopefully can find a way to increase native brightness without having to manually adjust directly via the monitor.ORIGINALThis is really a deal breaker and will probably force me to return the product. Basically on system startup or resume from sleep the monitor will display at a very dim 30% brightness (this is when using the the supplied USB-C cable). Could understand this default if the laptop was on battery power, but this is when plugged into wall AC -- no shortage of power available, just default to >= 75% (it works perfectly fine when manually setting the brightness to even 100%).Have tried everything, from system BIOS to OS power management settings; unfortunately nothing I've tried works. If a workaround or firmware update is supplied I'll gladly update the review accordingly.Otherwise, if you're OK manually setting the brightness several times a day then this is a fantastic product.

Works on series x
So far so good on my series x. Swapped out the power cable with another one I had because the cable was pretty short.

Works great with Samsung Dex
I purchased this unit mainly for Samsung Dex with my Galaxy S10. I opted for the non touch screen version since I had no real use for that feature. I am very pleasantly surprised by this display. It looks great, super light and built in speakers are not terrible. Package included the screen, an mini hdmi to hdmi cable, and a usbc to usbc cable. So far, everything works as stated. I will be testing some other device with it soon, i.e. Snes Classic, Raspberry Pi, my PC. I will add to this review if I run into any issues. So far, I am happy.UPDATE*11/20/19 Monitor is still going strong. I have not run into any strange issues or complications. So far, everything I've tried with it works fine. Still happy with my purchase. Now I am wanting a 4k version.

Good from far, far from good. Power failed.
The power did not work consistently. Stopped working entirely after about a week. The stand is flimsy, I had to prop it up to keep it l from falling over.In theory it looks nice but doesn't work.

Excellent Monitor Great Value(non - touch)
My first review to help out the buyers. Recommendation boosted. This is a really really good.... no an excellent portable monitor. I returned AOC(cheap one)the same day I got it. It Has all in one button control for display/contrast, volume settings . Inbuilt speaker is pretty good and has a headphone jack. Very slim as thin as USB cable port, light weight, thin bezels, mat screen zero reflection.. Supports USB C or HDMI+USB 3 for video and power. Oh!! and lastly free cover\stand. I was mind blown.

30% Brightness
Its an ok monitor for how portable it is. Not the clearest but you can't expect much with its portability. The unfortunate thing is that it goes to 30% when its turned on your computer wakes form sleep. I reached out to customer service and they said I need to use an external power source for the monitor. I tried that but it did not work. It will not work with power plugged into the usbc that shows a power symbol. It only works If I plug it in directly from my mac without the power supply and then I get the 30% issue. This is extremely frustrating and annoying. I am using it with my mac.
