These are perfect, sturdy replacements for CD cases. They fit nicely and they're easy to use but there's a trick to opening the back part without breaking it! Pop out the lower left corner first, then upper right.

I got these after returning the BCW branded 10 pack that are very poorly built. At the same price you get these and are of same quality as original cases.

These are high-quality, affordable replacement cases that will fit new and older CDs and likely also DVDs (we have not tried DVDs). The plastic is durable and hardy. The inside tabs keep liner notes in place. The center disc holder firmly keeps CDs in place but also allows for easy disc removal. Keep in mind you will not be able to open the very back of the case without risking scratching/damage. So, it's unlikely you'll be able to keep the back/rear notes from original CD packaging. However, this is a great choice for CDs that are currently loose and/or for CDs whose original cases are cracked, scratched, or otherwise non-functioning.

I had some PlayStation 1 jewel cases that were damaged in different ways. These appear to work fine as a full replacement as the tray that the CD pops into can be removed in order to have a back-insert, and the tray itself is transparent so you can see any interior art on the back insert. If you are simply replacing the case for one or more music albums that had a standard jewel case with a transparent tray, I imagine these would get the job done just fine. In one case I only needed to replace the tray that the CD pops into as the hub in the center had several pieces broken off so it could not actually hold the CD in place, and this replacement tray worked just fine in the original jewel case. I also used a few to replace worn out or broken parts of a multi-disc game case, as the multi-disc cases simply use two standard CD jewel-cases with the front cover removed and attached them to a black center piece. (Note: If you buy these to replace the sides on a multi-disc PlayStation jewel case, make sure to have both sides "installed" before judging how well it stays shut. If one side has yet to be put back in, it is easy to hold the case in a way that will make it seem like the side you installed will not stay shut.) I know some people have concerns about the thickness/weight of the plastic; I'm afraid I don't share these concerns and do not have the means to give an accurate judgment on how more or less sturdy they are compared to jewel cases manufactured during the Compact Disc's heyday. However, I do understand those concerns and consider them perfectly valid!

These cases are nicely packed in bubble wrap inside a tight fitting box. They arrived to me intact and looking great. The cases are very similar to the original cases that come with most CDs, so they are perfect for replacing cases where the hinge has broken or the front or back has cracked. When you pop out the inner piece of the case so you can insert the back cover I recommend slightly prying the side away while you pull out the inner piece. This will allow the inner section to easily pop out with the risk of it cracking.

Pros : best deal I could find. They came in good condition. Lighter than normal ones when you buy a cd. Look great. Cons : they are cheap and will scratch easy. I have had one crack BUT that may just be how I was trying to open it to insert the inlay etc so I’m not holding that against them. I’m a reseller of used cds so got these for the cds that had broken cases. They are lighter to ship and nice looking but I do disclose to my customers that it is a replaced case because you can feel/tell the difference. Overall will continue to buy these

These are perfect for replacing cracked jewel case parts. I used the lid for my Impera CD that arrived with a crack on its front door which had bothered me for months. Finally, I found a replacement jewel cases product with good reviews! It's quite pricy but worth it, the plastic is thick and sturdy. Even nicer quality than another album I got from Elektra Records which happens to have a very thin, flexible case. Anyway, the door came off easily so I imagine you can mix and match whichever part you need replaced. However, now the front doesn't shut with a "click" and swings upon with little force, but after some more pressing(?) around, it mysteriously closes properly. But, it does click properly when the front is used with the back, so it may be a case of slightly different jewel case designs between this product and my original album's back piece. I hope that makes sense, anyway get it!

Good quality Jewel cases. KEYIN and Generic are same products. But these are good quality jewel cases and fits very well with the existing cases.
